How to Handle IBC Tanks

NO. 1
Understanding Valve Use and Stacking in Sub-Zero Temperatures

  1. Valve Usage in Sub-Zero Temperatures

    • Exercise caution when using valves in freezing temperatures to prevent damage.
    • Regularly inspect valves for ice formation and ensure proper functioning.
  2. Stacking Guidelines

    • Avoid stacking IBC tanks higher than three layers after packaging is complete.
    • Overstacking can lead to excessive pressure and potential damage to the bottom tanks.

NO.2
Using the Top Cap During Discharge

  • When discharging the packaged contents, always open the top cap of the IBC tank before proceeding.

NO. 3
Capacity and Handling Temperature Guidelines

  • Avoid exceeding the specified capacity during packaging.
  • For high-temperature products, ensure the temperature is below 60°C.
  • For low-temperature conditions, ensure the temperature is above -40°C during packaging.

NO. 4
Storage Method for Outdoor Stacking

  • It is strongly recommended to cover the IBC tank with a protective cover when stored outdoors.

NO. 5
Storage Guidelines During Transportation

  • Maintain balance by ensuring the center of gravity is stable and evenly distributed during transportation

NO. 6
Always Check the Warranty Certificate

  • Before use, thoroughly review the details specified in the warranty certificate. Ensure proper packaging and handling of contents before sale

Drum Handling Guidelines

NO. 1

Storage Location and Method

  • Always store drums indoors. In unavoidable situations, prioritize indoor storage whenever possible

NO. 2

Damage and Deformation

  • When stacking drums, use spacers or wooden beams to prevent damage and deformation

NO. 3

Store Upright

  • Drums must always be stored upright. Open drums should also be stored in an upright position

NO. 4
Outdoor Storage

  • When storing outdoors, lay drums on their side to prevent water accumulation. Ensure the drum’s top is not facing upward to avoid internal rust formation

NO. 5
Habitual Internal Inspection

  • Before filling, always check the interior of the drum for rust or any foreign materials

NO. 6
Handling High-Temperature Materials

  • Use the appropriate caps and ensure they are securely closed after use. For high-temperature materials, allow them to cool before sealing the drum
